Cancellations and Refunds
We are entitled to refuse or cancel any order we receive and, in the unlikely event that we wish to do so, we will notify you by email and refund the money paid for goods that will not be supplied.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by notifying us by email to sales@counterculturegames.co.uk. Orders that have not been shipped will be cancelled immediately and your payment will be refunded.
If your order has shipped and you wish to return the goods, please notify us by email to sales@counterculturegames.co.uk We will refund your payment, less shipping costs, provided that the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days.
Goods that are incorrectly supplied, i.e. damaged or mis-packed will be replaced free of charge and sent post free.
Delivery Information
We aim to try and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment and typically less providing products ordered are in stock. However, during busy times this period can unfortunately lengthen. You can email us at sales@counterculturegames.co.uk for the status of your order in the event of it going past 5 days.
UK orders are typically shipped by Evri although we also use other couriers for larger domestic orders.

From time to time, you may be asked to submit personal information about yourself (eg name, e-mail address etc) in order to receive or use services on our web site. By entering your details in the form fields requested, Counter Culture Games will be able to provide you with the services you choose and provide you with the information you wish to receive. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not in any event share or disclose your data with any other third party without first obtaining your consent. Counter Culture Games will act in accordance with current UK legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice.

A Cookie is a small text file stored on your computer. The one set by the Counter Culture Games web site can only be read by the company's web site and will not expose you to any security risks. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used, this is perfectly safe and doesn't affect the performance of your computer in any way. It does mean that if you are using the same computer we can potentially recognise you when you revisit to our web site.
